Organic approach :

 Ploughing plus inter-vine, organic fertilizer and face-to-face treatment. 

Vinification:

The grape harvest is destemmed mechanically, the vinification lasts 14 days, with a light winding followed by a delestage. The temperature is controlled between 23 ° and 27 ° Celcius to preserve the aromas. Use of selected yeast, malolactic fermentation. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tank as well as the conservation. Aeging during 10 months before manual bottling.
